Cross-country coupling is the Jaccard overlap between the domain sets observed in two countries:
shared domains / all unique domains across both countries
Diagonal cells equal 1.0 because each country is perfectly coupled with itself.
Switching year changes the matrix values while keeping the current country order. Press Sort current year to reorder rows and columns for the selected year so clusters become more visible.
